Real Madrid and Spain legend Iker Casillas has reportedly been rushed to hospital after suffering a suspected heart attack while training with Porto.
According to reports in Portugal, Casillas is believed to be in a stable condition and ‘out of danger’ after being taken into care on Wednesday morning.
It’s claimed the 37-year-old complained about feeling unwell during the training session and was urgently taken from the field.
Casillas is expected to be ruled out for the remainder of Porto’s season and the goalkeeper playing career is in serious doubt.
Porto’s medical team confirmed to Portuguese outlet RTP that Casillas is recovering in hospital.
