A pedophile beauty queen teacher admitted sexting a 15 year-old student – but tried to claim it was the result of an honest mistake.

Former Miss Kentucky Ramsey BethAnn Bearse, 29, said she had only been trying to send a naked photo of herself to her husband, but Snapchatted it to the youngster instead.

She told court Tuesday that the boy had then asked for additional photos, so she continued to send them because ‘I was afraid not to appease him.’

The sexting – which also saw the youngster send her naked photos – took place between August and October 2018, with Bearse arrested and charged shortly afterwards.

‘So that’s how I’m guilty of this crime. I messed up big-time.’ She faces up to 20 years behind bars when she is sentenced next month, 50 years on probation, as well as a possible lifetime on the sex offenders’ register.
