Odion Ighalo has set a new record at Manchester United.
The striker become the first Nigerian player to feature in a football match for Manchester United since the creation of the club 142 years ago.
He was a 90-minute substitute in the club’s English Premier League match against Chelsea on Monday night.
The game ended 2-0 in favour of Manchester United.
Manchester United Football Club was founded back in 1878 under the name Newton Heath LYR F.C. In 1902, the club’s name was changed to Manchester United.
