American former professional boxer, Michael Gerard “Mike” Tyson, believes he would be capable of unifying the heavyweight division if was fighting the current champions in his prime.

Boxing fans are eager to see a unification clash between Joshua and Fury as both hold all the belts between them after the Gypsy King stripped Deontay Wilder of his WBC title earlier this year.

Tyson was asked by fans on Youtube if he thought he could unify win all the belts from Joshua and Fury if he was fighting in his 20s today.

‘Yes!’ he replied. ‘Listen, if you’re asking me if I was 20 years old, Yes.


‘There’s no doubt. They’re really good fighters and I respect all these skills. It would have been very tough fighting them.’

Despite a frustrating end to a controversial boxing career, Tyson has still gone down as one of the best ever and twice defended his title as the undisputed heavyweight champion.

Mike Tyson  holds the record as the youngest boxer to win a heavyweight title, at 20 years, four months, and 22 days old.
