A massive explosion has rocked Beirut in Lebanon resulting in the deaths and hundreds of casualties that have left hospitals with no bed spaces.

The explosion damaged buildings and blew out windows and doors across the capital as it sends giant mushroom cloud into the sky.

According to officials im Beirut, there were hundreds of casualties with bodies buried under the rubble.

Officials further revealed that Beirut’s hospitals were full and the number of dead was not immediately known, but hours later, ambulances were still carrying away the wounded. Army helicopters helped battle fires raging at the port.
