Eedris Abdulkareem, a Nigerian musician, has informed fans that he is in good spirits while undergoing hospital treatment for kidney failure.
Eedris, a 48-year-old resident of Osun State, was a part of the departed band The Remedies.
The outspoken citizen is well known for his scathing opinions on the establishment.
In a video posted to Instagram, Eedris expressed optimism for his recovery.
The Nigerian rapper expressed gratitude to everybody who had gotten in touch with him and his family.
“This is me getting ready for my weekly round of dialysis in good spirits and with a firm trust in the effectiveness of your prayers, love, and care!
“Your help, thoughtfulness, well-wishes, and prayers are greatly appreciated and, to put it mildly, therapeutic.
